Transportation Policy (Full Free Logistics)
(1) Free Logistics Channels and Coverage
International Direct Shipping: Expected delivery within 8-15 working days, no shipping costs for buyers, covering all regions of the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, etc.).
Local Warehouse Shipping (Deployment is in progress, not yet supported): For example, with California (CA) and New York (NY) warehouses as the core, delivery to the entire United States within 2-5 working days. For remote areas (such as Montana and Wyoming), the delivery time will be extended by 1-2 days. All shipping costs are waived throughout the process.
(2) Order Processing and Logistics Timeliness
Order Processing: After payment, the goods will be prepared and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Weekends and U.S. legal holidays (Independence Day, Thanksgiving, etc.) will be postponed.
Timeliness Explanation: During regular periods, the above timeliness will be fulfilled. During promotional seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), it may be delayed by 2-3 days. The delay will be informed to the buyers in advance via email.
(3) Logistics Tracking and Notifications
Tracking Service: After the order is dispatched, the system automatically generates a logistics tracking number. Buyers can click the link on the "My Orders" page to jump to the official website of the logistics company (EMS/DHL/UPS/USPS) to query the real-time status.
Progress Notifications: 4 key nodes of shipment, arrival at the U.S. customs, start of local delivery, and successful signature will be notified through SMS + email to ensure that buyers are aware of the logistics status.
