4.Where are the goods shipped from exactly?
Top-selling products for the US region are shipped from our western US warehouse; non-top-selling products are shipped from China. A new European warehouse is scheduled to be operational in February 2026.
5.How long does the delivery take?
For US customers, orders of best-selling products are generally delivered within 3–6 business days.
For European customers, orders are generally delivered within 8–10 business days.
All orders of non-best-selling products are generally delivered within 9–12 business days.
6.Free Shipping Policy.
All products enjoy temporary free shipping while our new website is in trial operation. A free shipping threshold (orders of $30+ for free shipping) will take effect on January 31, 2026. Please keep an eye on changes to our marketing policies.
7.Product after-sales service scope and service period.
Full refund is applicable if the issue is caused by the seller, such as wrong delivery, missing items, delayed shipment and other similar circumstances; for all other cases (e.g., return request due to personal reasons, return of used products, etc.), the official return policy published on the platform shall prevail.
